- Tickets purchased for the event cannot be exchanged or refunded.
- It is the responsibility of the ticketholder to ensure that they arrive at Hook Road Arena in plenty of time for the event. Due to security reasons, it may not be possible to allow entry to anyone who is late, even if they have tickets.
- In the event of cancellation of the event due to unforeseen circumstances outside the control of Epsom Fireworks Display & Funfair there will be no refund to the entry fee.
- For safety reasons, members of the public are not permitted to bring sparklers, fireworks or alcohol into the Arena. Epsom Fireworks Display & Funfair reserves the right to refuse admission into the arena if a customer is in possession of any the banned items.
